CARD CHALLENGE

My sister who lives in Florida and I spent pretty much the whole day making cards together on Skype. We decided to challenge each other to a card duel. She picked out the digital art we would use and I picked out the layout to be done. These are the two cards we made yesterday.

The digital art is by Sherri Baldy and is so adorable. We had so much fun working with the digital art. 

PEEPS TREAT BOX

Peeps are my all time favorite holiday treat. There is just something about the marshmallow and sweet sugar that is a perfect combination. I created theses to give to all my Family and friends for the upcoming Easter gathering. I used digital art to add just the perfect finish for the top of the box. The digital artwork can be found at "Meljen's Designs" She has so many wonder digital stamps to pick from. Once I printed my digital stamp I colored it in with my prisma colors and stamped the whole image with versamark and added my glitter. I heat set it with my embossing gun.

MOTHERS DAY CARD 2

Today I took the day and worked on mothers day cards for some very special ladies in my life. This one is a favorite as I love making paper flowers. I used the Cricut cartridge "Accent Essentials" two at 1" and 1 at 2" size and staggered them at the top of the digital image I printed. The digital image is from Beccy's Place called "Gardening Items". The sentiment is from Garfico " Mothers Day Sentiments"

Beccy's Place has AMAZING digital art for you to use on many great projects. This is a must see site for all that love digital stamps.

MY PAD

Todays creation is a digital image from Shelly's Images. I just love her images and this one is extremely playful. I popped the lilly off the pad to give it dimension along with the little frog. Be sure to HOP on over to Shelly's Blog to see what the DT also created along with me.

BROWN & PINK DZ DOODLE CHALLENGE

Today's Challenge at DZ Doodles blog is Brown & Pink. These two colors are my favorite and I had just the perfect combination od Designer paper from CTMH called "Adornment". I printed the image "Tea Chair" on the Design Paper and cut out the cushion part and table cloth and layered it on the image.  The image was colored in using my prismacolor pencils and gamsol.

MOJO MONDAY

I just love 3D cards they just pop right off the card. I created the scene using images from Prairie Fairy Designs for the MOJO MONDAY Challenge this week.

I just love the layout.

The ribbon actualy does match the dress I am not sure why it came out like this but it still looks good.

I used my Prismacolors and Gamsol to color in the images and mounted them with dimensionals.

GARDEN GIRL

 I did not have the right color for the pearls so I colored my white ones with my green sharpie pen. I think that I will be sure to have lots of white ones I can color.

This is the first digital image I colored using my new "PRISMACOLOR PENCILS AND BABY OIL" techniques. I love how smooth the colors blend . They are well worth the investment.
