The white trim on this is actual bedding border trim that my mother In-Law had in her wonderful stash of fabric that was passed onto me.
This set is for a dear friend of mine for her two little girls. There are several sites with patterns even free ones that you can find on the web. Just do a search for pillowcase dresses and several will come up. Be creative and make your own styles.
