The hat is a very simple pattern with the bobble stitch that I created. The pattern I have written is below and fits for a child size to small adult.
HAT PATTERN
H hook
worsted weight yarn
PUFF STITCH
This puff stitch is done with 3 dc

Start with a magic circle
Rnd 1- 10 dc in the magic ring, join with a slip stitch to first dc. (10)
Rnd 2 - Chain 1, 2 dc in each dc around. join with a slip stitch to first dc(20 dc)
Rnd 3 - Chain 1, 2 dc in same as joining, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat to end, join with a slip stitch to first dc (30)
Rnd 4 - Chain 1, 2 dc in same as joining, dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat to end, join with a slip stitch to first dc (40)
Rnd 5 - Chain 1, 2 dc in same as joining, dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat to end,join with a slip stitch to first dc (50)
Rnd 6 - Chain 1, 2 dc in same as joining, dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat to end,join with a slip stitch to first dc (60)
Rnd 7 - Chain 1, 2 dc in same as joining, dc in next 5 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat to end,join with a slip stitch to first dc (70)
Rnd 8 & 9 - Chain 1, dc in each dc around. (70)
Rnd 10 - Chain 1, puff stitch in same as joining, chain 1, skip 1 stitch, puff stitch in next stitch, chain 1. repeat to end. (35 puff stitches)
Rnd 11 - Chain 1, dc in each puff stitch and chain 1 space (70)
Rnd 12 - Chain 1, sc in each dc around (70)
Rnd 13 - Repeat round 10
Rnd 14-15 - Repeat rnds 11 & 12
Rnd 16 - Chain 1, 5 dc in same as joining (shell made), skip 1 sc, sc in next sc, skip next sc, 5 dc in next sc. (18 shells)
Finish off.

I'm making this hat and found it would have been helpful if you gave exact directions for the puff OR bobble stitch you used as the internet is full of variations for both. Just an idea. Some bobble stitches used 3 DC in it and some use 4 or 5 DC in it or more. The puff stitch I found was all together different.
